Exploring vulnerabilities to homelessness – your input is needed!

The Kelowna Homelessness Research Collaborative is facilitating a series of workshops aimed at exploring vulnerabilities to homelessness, solutions to homelessness and research opportunities.

Join us for the first workshop where service providers and service provider users are invited to share their thoughts about what can make people more vulnerable or at-risk for experiencing homelessness (please note there are two different times specific to each group).

Workshop #1: Vulnerabilities to Homelessness
Date: January 23, 2020
Location: First United Church (721 Bernard Ave, Kelowna)

Session 1
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
For service user participants who are 19+ yrs. old.
Participants will be compensated $15/hr for their time.
Light refreshments will be served.

4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
For service providers (nurses, social workers, tech workers, homeless service sector & shelter staff)
Note: If you are working with clients who you feel may be a match for the workshop, please feel free to share the details and encourage them to attend.
