The Journey Home Strategy is Kelowna’s 5-year plan to address homelessness to ensure everyone has a place to call home. The goal is to ensure a coordinated and easy-to-access system of care for those in Kelowna who have lost or are at risk of losing their home.

Your contribution helps support the key work to reduce and end homelessness in our community, and to ensure we evolve a system of support to prevent homelessness for so many community members in the future. We are seeking funding for a number of different projects including a local crisis line for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. We welcome one-time and ongoing support from our community of citizens, businesses and groups.
